Regarding YORUSHIKA LIVE TOUR 2021 Plagiarism Osaka performance, the venue and date have changed, and tickets will be refunded for customers who are unable to attend.
Any tickets that are not refunded will be valid for the rescheduled performance.

・Refunds will be available only to those who request them. Tickets that are not refunded will be valid for the rescheduled performance.
Cancellation is not possible after the refund has been completed.
・Refunds will be made for each purchase. (If you purchase two tickets, you cannot refund only one.)
・Please check the refund method below and proceed with the refund procedure.
・Refunds will not be accepted after the refund period has ended. Please make sure to complete the procedure within the period.
・We will send you an email with further information regarding ticket display after the refund period.

During the refund period, please complete the refund procedure on your "My Page" on the application site and use CASHPOST (Note 1) to receive the refund.

*Please check the above <Refund Method> and log in to your My Page.
*The applicant's Plus member ID (formerly EMTG ID) and password will be required to log in.

Select "Application History List"

Select the "Name of the performance" for which you wish to receive a refund and proceed to the application details screen.

Select [Proceed to refund procedure] under "Refund information" at the bottom of the application details screen.

Please check the ticket price and other information in the "Refund Status" section,
Enter your email address in the "Refund procedure information email address" field and click "Next"

Please confirm the information in the "Application Details Confirmation" section, agree to the instructions, and then select "Apply for Refund."
This completes your registration on the reception site's My Page.
*After completing [step 6], you must complete [step 7] to [step 11] within 3 days.

An email containing the "receipt details" and "receipt procedure" will be sent to the email address you registered in [Step 6] from L-Ticket.
Once you receive the email, please check the contents immediately and access the URL provided.
*From here on, you will be required to complete the procedure on the CASH POST website.

Enter the "reception number" listed in the email you received in [step 7], enter the "image verification" number, and select [Next]

Check the "Receive Details" and then select "Receive Method" from either "Bank Transfer - deposit into designated account" or "Pick up at Lawson store."

Please enter your reservation number and phone number as your "authentication key" and then your personal information.
Please confirm and agree to the handling policy, then select [Select financial institution]

After that, follow the instructions on the screen to complete the procedure.


If you select [Pick up at Lawson store]

Hold the displayed QR code over the Loppi at the Lawson store to have it read.

After checking the amount to be received, follow the instructions on the screen and enter your reservation number (the phone number you used to make the reservation) into Loppi.

Please bring the "application ticket" issued by Loppi to the cash register within 30 minutes.
*Please carefully check the operations and registration details during this procedure before proceeding.
Please note that we cannot provide any support for any errors that occur during the procedure.
*After completing your registration on the L-Ticket website in [step 4], please complete the refund procedure within 3 days.
Please note that if you do not complete the procedure within 3 days, we will not be able to refund your payment.
