2019.07.24 YORUSHIKA
Recently, there have been many instances of unauthorized reproduction of YORUSHIKA 's songs on YouTube and other sites.
We would like to inform you about the use of YORUSHIKA 's music videos.
[NG (unauthorized reproduction)]
All of the following will be considered unauthorized reproductions of the music videos released on the YORUSHIKA / n-buna channel, or unreleased music included in the album.
1. A video using original sound and images.
For example, videos that use album jacket photos, original illustrations, existing illustrations, etc. as video material, and then use original sound sources on top of that.
② Videos that intentionally alter the original sound source, such as by doubling the speed.
For example, there are those that have made some changes to what is clearly the original sound source, and have been released together with illustrations and other image materials.
3) A video known as a medley, which combines original music from YORUSHIKA and n-buna into one video.
It consists of only original songs, all compiled into one continuous video.
Videos like the one above will be considered unauthorized reproductions.
With that in mind, we would like to permit secondary use in the following forms.
[Acceptable range]
1. Videos of performances where the sounds of instruments are layered over the original audio, similar to a "play-it-yourself" video.
② A cover singing video using a personally created audio track.
3) Use of original sound sources in videos of dance or choreography, or so-called "I tried dancing" videos.
→For ③, only songs released on the YORUSHIKA / n-buna channel will be accepted.
However, even if a video is published within the above acceptable limits, it may be deleted due to various circumstances.
We hope you understand.
Also, since there were many comments on each video that seemed to be misunderstood, I would like to let you know that
The following are listed in the description section as "License holders who have given permission to YouTube to use":
This is automatically displayed when you register content.
Please understand that the presence of this notation does not necessarily mean that we have given permission to use the video.
Thanks to you, the number of views for our music videos has increased significantly compared to before, and proportionally, we are seeing a lot more cover videos.
As YORUSHIKA, we would like you to enjoy it freely as long as it is within the acceptable range,
Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
