Regarding tickets
- ・Admission to this exhibition is by designated date and time. Please decide the date and time of your visit in advance and purchase your ticket. Please note that tickets may be sold out depending on the admission date and time as they are limited in number.
- ・Tickets for this exhibition will only be sold through Lawson Ticket and will not be sold at the venue.
- ・Please note that admission times may change depending on how busy the venue is.
- ・Please be sure to arrive within the designated time period. If you arrive outside of the designated time, you may be refused entry. Thank you for your understanding.
- ・The "admission ticket" is only valid for the date and time printed on it. You will not be able to enter if the date is different.
Please enter between 0 and 59 minutes past the hour. Please note that we cannot accept changes to the date and time of your visit or refunds.
- ・After entering, you will have approximately 1 hour to view the exhibit.
Important Notices for Visitors at the Venue

Please note that depending on how crowded the area is, admission restrictions and changes to areas may be implemented.

- ・About taking photos inside the venue
Photography is permitted within the venue, with the exception of some exhibits, however please be considerate in not including other visitors in your photos.
Please note that long objects such as selfie sticks are not permitted to be brought into the venue.
*Please note that we may restrict photography depending on the circumstances, such as when the venue is crowded.
Other notes
- - Regarding strollers, you may not be able to bring them into the venue when it is crowded, in order to ensure safety.
- ・Wheelchair access is available. In addition, if you have a disability certificate, one carer will be admitted free of charge per ticket.
- ・Pets are not permitted to enter the premises (except guide dogs and assistance dogs).
About merchandise sales
- ・Goods are available in limited quantities. Please note that there is a possibility that items may sell out or become out of stock depending on sales conditions.
- ・We plan to prepare and sell stock for each product each day. Once sold out, that day's stock will end regardless of the circumstances. However, we plan to deliver new stock and sell it when the venue opens the next day.
- ・Sales of each product may be postponed or canceled without notice.
- ・Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges after purchase, except for defective products.
*If the product you purchased is defective, please contact our staff on the same day. We will exchange it for a good product.
*As a general rule, we do not exchange defective products outside of the same day of purchase.
COVID-19
Preventive measures against infectious diseases
We will take preventive measures against COVID-19 in accordance with the guidelines of the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare.
We will operate with consideration for the safety of our visitors.
- ・Staff will regularly disinfect their hands and wear masks.
- ・Hand sanitizer will be installed in the venue. Please use it when entering the venue.
- ・When entering, staff may take your temperature.
*If you have a fever of 37.5 degrees or higher, you will not be allowed entry.
*We may deny entry to anyone who has cold symptoms such as fever, coughing, sneezing, or sore throat, even if their temperature is below 37.5 degrees.

We ask for your understanding and cooperation in taking thorough measures to prevent infection.
- ・If you have symptoms such as fever, cough, or body pain, please refrain from visiting.
- -Please observe coughing etiquette inside the venue.
- ・In accordance with government policy, we will no longer recommend wearing masks inside the venue. Please note that we may ask you to wear a mask depending on the infection situation during the event.
In addition to the precautions listed above, we may add new precautions during the event.
