Attention

This tour will be held in accordance with government and local government guidelines, and in consultation with the venue, with appropriate infection prevention measures in place.
This performance will be held under the assumption that all seats will be sold. However, if there are restrictions required by the current guidelines of the local government or venue, we will adjust the number of tickets sold in accordance with the requests, while continuing to sell tickets while maintaining group distance and leaving one seat empty.
*Please note that we will not offer refunds for this tour due to seating arrangements.
Please note that no refunds will be given except in cases where the date and time of the event is changed due to changes in the domestic situation, so please understand this before making your purchase.

Precautions for holding live performances / Guidelines for preventing the spread of infection

• As mentioned above, there will be some performances where the number of attendees will be limited. (Appropriate capacity will be set in accordance with government and local government guidelines and in consultation with each venue.)
• ●Staff and performers will have their temperature checked in advance and will be required to wear masks.
• ●Regular antigen tests will be conducted on staff and performers.
• ●The air inside the venue will be ventilated regularly by opening the doors during the performance.
• ●Handrails, doorknobs, and other areas that customers are likely to touch will be thoroughly disinfected and cleaned.
• ●In addition, we will implement measures to prevent the spread of infection in accordance with guidelines from the government and local governments.
• ●We apologize for any inconvenience caused to visitors, including health management and checks in advance, and temperature checks at the venue on the day, and we appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

If any of the following apply to you, please refrain from visiting the event on the day.

• ①Those who are experiencing any abnormalities in their physical condition, such as fever, cough, diarrhea, fatigue, loss of taste or smell, etc.
• ②Those who have had close contact with someone who has tested positive for COVID-19, those who have a family member or close acquaintance who is suspected of being infected, those who have traveled to a country or region that has been subject to entry restrictions or a post-entry observation period by the government within the past 14 days, and those who have had close contact with residents of such a country or region.
• 3) Those who have had a fever above normal within the past 5 days
• ④Those who have a fever of 37.5°C or higher upon arrival
• ⑤People without masks
• ⑥People with chronic illnesses are at higher risk of developing severe symptoms if infected, so please consider travelling more carefully.
• ⑦Please cooperate by installing the infection control app COCOA in advance (preferably 14 days before the performance).

• ●At all venues, viewers will be seated in designated seats during the performance.
• ●Due to production issues, it is prohibited to bring or use anything that glows or emits light, such as penlights, to this performance.
• ●All screen recording, photography, and audio recording using cameras, smartphones, computers, etc. are prohibited during live performances.
  If you reproduce or share the content on video sites, social media, etc. without permission, you may be held legally responsible.
• ●During the live performance, please turn off your mobile phone or other electronic devices or set them to silent mode.
• ●Please note that we will not provide refunds for purchased tickets except in cases where the start time is changed or the performance is canceled due to changes in the domestic situation.
• ●To prevent resales, tickets for this performance are limited to one purchase per account.
  In addition, due to the system, electronic tickets issued by the purchaser can only be displayed on the purchaser's device. (They cannot be distributed to third parties' devices.)
  Entries cannot exceed the limit of two tickets per person per performance.
  Please refrain from purchasing tickets multiple times as this may result in duplication of ticket rights and/or loss of your own rights.
• ●Transfer or resale of tickets is strictly prohibited. All purchases made from sources other than official sales channels will be invalidated.
• ●All tickets for this performance will be electronic tickets that are compatible with smartphones.
• ●When entering the venue, please tear your own ticket and have staff check it before you enter. It is a condition that the ticket is torn under the confirmation of the venue staff.
• ●One ticket is required per person. If you are applying for multiple tickets, please be sure to distribute them to the smartphones of your companions before entering the venue.
• ●When making a purchase, you will be required to download the app and register your personal information, but we appreciate your cooperation.
• ●If any of your companions do not have a smartphone, please be sure to contact the contact information for each performance in advance.
• ●The organizer will be responsible for managing the personal information you register when applying for tickets, but depending on the situation, it may be provided to public institutions such as public health centers or the venue. Thank you for your understanding.
• ●The visitor list will be organized and stored for approximately one month, after which it will be destroyed in an appropriate manner.
• ●Please refrain from waiting to enter, exit, or drop off items.
• ●Please cooperate and refrain from contact with other customers.
• ●Please refrain from talking or shouting inside the venue.
• ●Please refrain from chatting inside the venue and in the lobby.
• ●If you are unable to comply with the rules and etiquette requested by the venue, you may be asked to leave.
• ● Alcohol-based hand sanitizer will be available at the entrance. Please be sure to disinfect your hands thoroughly.
• ● Upon entering the venue, we will take your temperature with a non-contact thermometer. Anyone with a temperature of 37.5 degrees or higher will be denied entry.
• ●We will keep you updated on future advance reservations and ticket sales schedules, including general sales.
• ●If you require a wheelchair, please contact the ticket office of the relevant performance in advance.
• ●This performance may be videotaped and photographed.
  Please note that the appearance of visitors may be captured on camera. Recorded footage and photos may be used for product development, promotions, etc.
• ●If you find out you have been infected within 14 days after the performance, please contact the appropriate contact point.
• ●When you come to the performance, and when you leave, please cooperate by going directly to and from the venue and avoiding crowded places.
• ●If we find that you have a fever or other symptoms during the temperature check upon entry, you will be denied entry.
