• As the government's "Basic Guidelines for Countermeasures against the Novel Coronavirus Infection" will be abolished on May 8th, wearing of masks from the Tokyo performance on May 11th onwards will be at the individual's discretion.
• ●At all venues, viewers will be seated in designated seats during the performance.
• ●Due to production issues, it is prohibited to bring or use anything that glows or emits light, such as penlights, to this performance.
• ●All screen recording, photography, and audio recording using cameras, smartphones, computers, etc. are prohibited during live performances.
If you reproduce or share the content on video sites, social media, etc. without permission, you may be held legally responsible.
• ●Binoculars with a recording function are not allowed to be brought into the venue as there have been incidents of voyeurism.
• ●During the live performance, please turn off your mobile phone or other electronic devices or set them to silent mode.
• ●To prevent resale of tickets, tickets for this performance are limited to one purchase per account.
  In addition, due to the system, electronic tickets issued by the purchaser can only be displayed on the purchaser's device (the tickets cannot be distributed to third parties' devices).
  You may not purchase more than the two tickets limit per person.
Please refrain from purchasing tickets multiple times as this may result in duplicate ticket rights and result in losses to you.
• ●The transfer or resale of tickets is strictly prohibited. All tickets purchased from any source other than the official sales channel will be invalid.
• ●All tickets for this performance will be issued as electronic tickets compatible with smartphones.
• ●One ticket is required per person. If you have applied for multiple tickets, please make sure to distribute them to your companions' smartphones before entering the venue.
• ●When you make a purchase, you will need to download an app and register personal information, so please cooperate with this.
• ●If you have accompanying persons who do not have a smartphone, please be sure to contact the relevant performance contact point in advance.
• ●During the live performance, please turn off your mobile phone or other electronic devices or set them to silent mode.
• ●The organizer will be responsible for managing the personal information you register when applying for tickets, but depending on the situation, it may be provided to public institutions such as public health centers or the venue. Thank you for your understanding.
• ● Visitor lists will be organized and stored for approximately one month, after which they will be disposed of in an appropriate manner.
• ●Please refrain from waiting for the performers to arrive or leave, or bringing gifts.
• ●If you are unable to comply with the rules and etiquette requested by the venue, you may be asked to leave.

One pick will be distributed randomly per member for each performance.

<About same-day exchange>

Exchange location: Atogaki booth inside the venue

Exchange time: From the start of advance sales until after the show ends. *We plan to continue the exchange after the show ends, but this may change depending on the situation. Please note that the exchange may end about 30 minutes after the show ends.
*The venue will be very crowded from the time the doors open to the start of the performance. Even if you queue, you may not be able to make it in time for the performance, so please come as early as possible.

• * Only one ticket per person per day.
• *Exchanges can only be made by the person in attendance.
• *Please note that exchanges cannot be made on days other than the performance date.

<How to redeem>

Access the redemption page via the QR code on the poster posted at the venue on the day.
Please show the redemption screen to the staff at Atogaki booth.
