About reserved wheelchair seats
If you wish to view the event from a wheelchair, please apply for a "reserved wheelchair seat." Accompanying persons (up to one person) also need a ticket.
A maximum of two "reserved wheelchair seats" will be sold.
Please note that wheelchair seats do not guarantee good views of the stage.

Please watch this performance in the designated seating area according to the viewing arrangement (standing or seated) for each performance day. There is no problem with shouting, clapping, or other actions during the live performance. However, please refrain from shouting or calling out to the performers during the reading. Also, please refrain from singing loudly so as to disturb the surrounding audience.

Due to production reasons, bringing in or using glowing or luminous items such as penlights is prohibited for this performance.

This performance may be filmed and photographed. Attendees may be captured on camera. In addition, the filmed footage and photos may be used for merchandise and promotions. Please note.

During the live performance, customers are prohibited from recording, taking pictures, or recording the screen using cameras, smartphones, computers, etc. If you repost or share the footage on video sites or social media without permission, you may be held legally liable.

There is no problem with taking photos of the stage during opening hours and after the show has ended.

Due to reports of voyeurism using binoculars with recording capabilities, bringing binoculars into the facility is prohibited.

We ask for your cooperation in turning off electronic devices such as mobile phones or putting them on silent mode during live performances.

To prevent resale, tickets for this performance are limited to one purchase per account. In addition, due to the system, electronic tickets can only be displayed on the purchaser's device. (They cannot be distributed to third parties' devices.) You cannot purchase more than the limit of two tickets per person. Please refrain from purchasing tickets multiple times, as this may result in duplicate ticket rights and result in losses for you.

Transferring or reselling tickets is strictly prohibited. All tickets purchased from any source other than the official sales channel will be invalid.

All tickets for this performance will be issued as electronic tickets compatible with smartphones.

One ticket is required per person. If you have applied for multiple tickets, please make sure to distribute them to your companions' smartphones before entering the venue.

When making a purchase, you will need to download an app and register some personal information, so please cooperate with this.

If you have accompanying persons who do not have a smartphone, please be sure to contact the relevant performance contact point in advance.

The organizers will be responsible for managing the personal information you register when applying for tickets. However, please note that depending on the situation, this information may be provided to public institutions such as health centers or the venue.

Visitor lists will be organized and stored for approximately one month, after which they will be disposed of in an appropriate manner.

Please refrain from waiting for the performers to arrive or leave, or bringing gifts.

Please note that we cannot accept congratulatory flowers (stand flowers, flower arrangements, etc.) or gifts for the performers from fans or individuals.

If you fail to follow the rules and etiquette required by the venue, you may be asked to leave.

  • Ticket exchanges will be temporarily suspended during performances.
  • Please arrive early as reception after the show will have limited time.
  • The venue will be very crowded from the time the doors open to the start of the performance. Even if you queue, you may not be able to make it in time for the performance, so please come as early as possible.
  • Exchanges can only be made by the person in attendance.
  • Please note that tickets cannot be exchanged on any other days than the performance date.
  • Please note that this offer will end once stock has run out.
